Fellow LJ-users are welcome to friend this journal and can comment on this post to be added. However...

It's my policy that I don't automatically reciprocate friending. (I'm sorry!) I don't want to sound unfriendly (I'm sure you’re quite nice!) but I like to know who is reading my posts. (Read: It's not you, it's just some healthy paranoia.)

I generally re-friend if...

1) ...we've previously interacted somewhere in the LJ/IJ/Dreamwidth World. (For example, I regularly read/comment on your fic, we chat in a community, we met on a friending meme, etc.)
2) ...we have a lot of friends in common.
3) ...you think Two is one of the best Doctors ever. (No, seriously. This gets you bonus points.)
